This product is warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser against defects that prevent the product from proper performance. Wham Universal, LLC will replace any defective product free of charge. To obtain warranty coverage, simply return the product to Wham Universal, LLC, PO Box 393, Ashaway, RI, 02804, along with a note explaining the issue, and a check for $3.00 USD for return shipping of a replacement product. If same product is not available, Wham Universal, LLC retains the right to substitute a suitable replacement of equal or greater value. End User License Agreement
By viewing and copying material from this Compact Disc, the user agrees to be bound by the following Agreement. The end user, described as the original purchaser, will enjoy full rights to use the images contained on this Compact Disc for personal or commercial purposes, except for any manner of resale. The sale of products created by or enhanced by the end user which make use of the images included on this Compact Disc as artwork for the product does not constitute resale of the original artwork and is permitted. The images contained on this Compact Disc are described as "royalty-free," and therefore no payments of any kind will ever be required of the end user beyond the original purchase cost. Attributions are not required for any use, but are permitted and encouraged. If the end user desires to attribute any of the images as part of the use of the images, the following wording is recommended: "Photo by Deborah Urso." The end user may not share the content of the Compact Disc with any other party. This Agreement applies only to the Compact Disc and its contents that was purchased by the end user and which was accompanied by this Agreement. Any attempt to resell any of the content of this product, including packaging artwork and verbage, is a violation of the law and will be pursued to remedy. This End User License Agreement may not be copied or redistributed.
